Coffee grown in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, has a classification all of its own. Noted for their mild flavour, and lack of bitterness.
Over the years this coffee has developed a reputation which has made it highly sought after, and therefore expensive. Mostly exported to Japan, and notably used as the flavour base for the coffee liqueur, Tia Maria.
This coffee is highly regulated.
